Cerakote® Dry Film Lubricant is a first-to-market, PFAS-free, ceramic-based coating engineered for extreme durability and low-friction performance in high-wear environments. Formulated with advanced solid lubricants, it delivers superior efficiency, abrasion resistance, and REACH/RoHS compliance without relying on fluoropolymers.

Ideal for aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial applications, this coating cures fast at low temperatures, integrates easily into any production workflow, and outperforms traditional options like Molykote®, Teflon®, and Xylan®.

This product uses  F-100 Catalyst and requires a 325 Mesh Strainer (SE-275).

Note: The unique properties of our proprietary Dry Film Lubricant coating enable it to reduce friction and wear over time. As part of this process, the outermost layer of the coating is engineered to be a 'sacrificial' lubricating film. This results in the formation of an ultra-thin, low-friction layer on the contacting surface, which ensures smooth operation. A small amount of this material may be noticeable upon initial handling, this is a normal function of the coating and confirms it is performing as intended.
