  • Abrasion resistance: Ceramic coatings protect surfaces from scratches, abrasion and mechanical wear. This extends the service life of components and machines.

These include, among others: Steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, zinc-nickel alloys, plastics, carbon and even wood.
  • Precision: Due to its thin-film technology, with material deposits of only 10-40μ, Cerakote is perfect for applications with tight tolerances. It also saves material and resources.
  • Customized properties: Depending on the composition, Cerakote ceramic coatings offer various performance properties, such as abrasion resistance, improved sliding properties, thermal conduction or insulation, electrical insulation and much more. This enables customized solutions for specific requirements.

In contrast to Teflon or Xylan surface finishes, Cerakote ceramic coatings are PTFE-free.

Compared to conventional coating processes such as anodizing, burnishing or chrome plating, Cerakote uses fewer environmentally harmful chemicals. This contributes to a reduction in pollutant emissions and protects our environment.
