For the trade fair, we are bringing a variety of innovative samples and applications:

A special highlight awaits you directly at our booth: live laser processing on CERAKOTE® coated components. For this, we have coated 240 bottle openers in various Cerakote colors – these are individually engraved and personalized on site with our new laser.

Another trade fair highlight: A high-quality gravel bike from nicolai-bicycles.com, our certified coater Julian Mayer fully coated with Cerakote. This impressively demonstrates the potential for demanding surfaces on premium bicycle frames.

In addition, we present components from our high-temp range – for example, for the automotive sector, such as exhaust systems, where Cerakote demonstrates its strengths under extreme conditions.

Another focus is on our clear coat products, which are still little known in Germany. Here we are setting new standards. With Cerakote DFL 200, we also showcase a powerful ultra-low-friction coating. Over 40% less friction than Teflon®, maximum wear resistance for highly stressed applications, PFAS-free, and REACH and RoHS compliant.

Cerakote thus offers a future-proof alternative to established solutions like Molykote®, Teflon®, and Xylan®.
